Welcome to Hot Yoga Tacoma
Our Yoga community in Tacoma is open to all levels, ages, and body types. You can start on any day, at any class that best fits your schedule. All of our classes are open to beginners. No prior Yoga experience is needed.
Our studio is calm, spacious, and very clean. There is always a space for you in the yoga class so come anytime! Reservations are never required. We provide large private showers in separate changing rooms for men and women.
The class is an exhilarating yoga practice of basic yoga poses done in a heated room for 90 minutes to help the muscles stretch safely and detoxify the body through sweating. Regular yoga practice stimulates and balances the endocrine, nervous, immune, and cardiovascular systems. It also alleviates pain and symptoms of chronic illness while increasing strength, stamina and flexibility.
Yoga calms and unclutters the mind so one can begin to realize the deeper knowledge and potential within oneself. We look forward to seeing you in the yoga class today!
